2. Legal Warranty (EU and International)

  • EU: You benefit from a minimum legal warranty of 2 years for defective or non-compliant products. During the first 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
  • USA: While there is no specific federal law on returns, we are committed to honoring our stated policies and offering refunds for defective or non-compliant products.
    Options:
  • Repair or replacement of the defective product.
  • Partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

3. Standard Return Policy

          Return Period: You have 30 days from receipt to return a product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
    Return Shipping Costs:
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of our error (wrong product shipped or defective product).
  • We provide a prepaid return label for returns related to our errors.
